It’s a show that continues to fly under the radar of many, and as those who have enjoyed the exploits of American Dad ! will happily tell you, that’s very much their loss. For this is a golden animated series, aimed firmly at grown ups , and bursting with quotable lines.
American Dad! centres around the character of Stan Smith, who just happens to work for the CIA , and attempts to keep the world a safe place. He’s accompanied by an alien and a goldfish, and it’s the character of Smith that really gets the show through its quieter moments. Him, and the astounding supporting cast, who generate laughs out of the slightest of situations.
